2 Dunkin' Locations Robbed in One Night in Manchester, NH

Police in New Hampshire are searching for a thief who burglarized two Dunkin' fast food restaurants in the same city in one night.

The first burglary happened at 12:30 a.m. Friday at a Dunkin' located at 1037 Hanover St. in Manchester, according to police. Officers responded to the location after an alarm rang in the restaurant.

At the scene, officers found multiple rolls of quarters outside of the building and discovered that a suspected burglary had taken place. They described the store as "locked and in darkness." An employee was called to the scene to let police inside and investigate. They then determined cash was taken from the restaurant.

Surveillance cameras at the scene captured a man entering the building. He could be seen going to the area where money is kept, grabbing cash and exiting through a rear door. Police said the entire burglary took about 2 minutes.

Later that morning, police were called to a Sunoco gas station located at 1265 Willow St. at about 4:30 a.m. The gas station houses a Dunkin', which was again targeted.

The store manager told officers she went to work and noticed that a break-in had taken place. An undisclosed amount of money was taken and the back door was damaged, police said.

The thief is described as wearing a black hoodie, pants and shoes. He was also wearing a black mask that covered his face.

Anyone with information on the thefts is urged to call the Manchester Police Department at 603-668-8711.
