Tom Brady Makes Return to WEEI's Morning Show

Tom Brady returned to his weekly radio interview on 93.7 WEEI on Monday, ending any uncertainty over whether he would opt out of his appearances on the station.

The appearance came two weeks after Brady abruptly ended an interview when host Kirk Minihane pressed him about his personal trainer, Alex Guerrero.

Brady on Monday touched on the Patriots' 27-20 win over the Houston Texans in Foxboro the day before.

"It was definitely not an easy game," Brady told fill-in hosts Mike Mutnansky and Greg Dickerson. "It was a challenge, it was frustrating, it was exciting... It was great to come out with a win."

Mutnansky and Dickerson were on in place of Minihane and his usual co-host, Gerry Callahan. Minihane is taking a leave of absence from the station as he recovers from mental health issues.

During a press conference last week, Brady fell short of reaffirming his committment to the weekly appearance.

"I don't know... I think so," he said.

Brady's trainer Guerrero has been a source of friction within the organization over his training methods and presence around the team.

Brady ended an interview with WEEI in January after learning of remarks made by host Alex Reimer, who referred to Brady's 5-year-old daughter as "an annoying little pissant" in a separate segment.
