UPDATE: One of the victims has died.
Boston police are investigating after two people were shot Saturday evening.
Police say they responded around 5:11 p.m. to a report of a shooting at 49 Withington Street.
The two victims were taken to an area hospital. The extent of their injuries is not known at this time.
There is no immediate word on a suspect.
This is an active investigation.
