Vandals Ordered to Clean Up Graffiti

Each man was ordered to perform 250 hours of community service working for the district attorney's community outreach program and another 250 hours cleaning up graffiti

Two Leicester, Massachusetts, men authorities say spray painted graffiti on more than 100 buildings in the Worcester area have been ordered to clean up their mess.

Danny Nguyen and Jesse D'Amelio were sentenced Wednesday to 500 hours of community service each after pleading guilty to 126 counts of vandalism.

Each man was ordered to perform 250 hours of community service working for the district attorney's community outreach program and another 250 hours cleaning up graffiti. A judge continued the case without a finding for three years.

Authorities say the men tagged 126 buildings with their names "Chino" and "Skope" between Sept. 1, 2013 and Dec. 28, 2013.

Lawyers for both men said their clients understood that what they did was wrong and were remorseful.
