Deleon was sitting outside and says one woman stabbed another woman in the neck over some type of road rage disagreement.

"The lady was in the car, that pickup truck or SUV, whatever you call it, and I see a lady comes out of the car and slices her throat and walk away and run away," he said.

Crime scene markers showed a pocket knife near the victim's vehicle, as well as a perfume bottle.

Another neighbor tended to the victim on a front lawn, Deleon said.

"And this young guy was trying to help her out, and trying to save her life," he said.

The victim was rushed to Good Samaritan Hospital in serious condition.
