A worker was knocked unconscious when he fell 15 feet into a trench in Dedham, Massachusetts, overnight Monday.
The incident happened around midnight at the Spectra pipeline on Route 1.
Rescue officials lifted the worker out of the trench and he was transported to a hospital.
His current condition and the extent of injuries are unknown.
