Another inch or two of snow in southern New England today, and more locally, due to the higher terrain has left us with icy patches again this morning. Highs will be in the 30s to near 40.
Another front brings a few more snow showers tonight, then colder windy weather tomorrow, with snow continuing in the north and west facing mountain areas.
For St. Patrick's Day this weekend, we will see sunshine but it will be slightly colder with highs in the mid-to-upper 30s. Sunday will have a slight warm-up, getting us back in the lower 40s.
As we look ahead towards the next work week, Monday looks pleasant, with highs near 40 under plentiful sunshine - but Tuesday and Wednesday could bring another storm to the region.
At this point, the forecast looks to bring the fourth round of snow with the potential for rain along the immediate southern coastline. Like last time, we will know more as we get closer.
