Neighbors told NBC 10 Boston the incident took place at the same home where there was a gathering of 50 to 60 people about a week ago.
Neighbors said they heard and saw a crowd at the home Friday night.
"We just heard some running and some yelling coming down the private way here, and we popped out of bed and looked and saw a dozen or two dozen people kind of moving out, and the yelling got more and more panicked," a witness told NBC 10 Boston. "Heard a car door slam, some people running, and then it was pretty quiet for about 15 minutes until we heard an ambulance pull up."
