Batteries Stolen Out of Middleborough Public School Buses

A total of 24 batteries were stolen

School buses operating out of Middleborough, Massachusetts, are expected to be delayed on Monday morning after batteries were stolen out of numerous buses.

According to Middleborough Police, a total of 24 batteries were stolen out of 8 school buses.

The First Student buses were located at the East Grove Street lot.

Middleborough Public Schools superintendent Brian Lynch informed parents, "the folks at First Student are working diligently to ensure that all students are picked up for school this morning but please also realize that there may be some significant delays in your children's bus routes."
