The death of a 50-year-old man from an apparent gunshot wound in Beverly is being investigated as a homicide, authorities say.
Beverly police found the man at his residence, 10 Summer St., around 6 p.m. Friday night.
The case is being investigated by the Essex District Attorney’s Office, the Beverly Police and the Essex State Police Detective Unit.
