Boston Bruins' Zdeno Chara is coming back for the 2018-19 season.

Team General Manager Don Sweeney announced that the defenseman signed a one-year contract extension through next season worth $5 million. The contract includes an additional $17.5 million in performance-based incentives, according to the team.
