Rashawn Banks, 27, will be arraigned Friday in Roxbury District Court on a fugitive from justice charge before being returned to Rhode Island to face charges in connection with the shooting death of 25-year-old Jacorey Sanders.

Sanders was found shot in his car on Garnet Street on June 17.
