Boston Police are investigating the death of a woman who was found dead in the street in Mattapan.
Police said they responded around 3:20 p.m. to a report of an unconscious female near the intersection of Fottler Road and Hiawatha Road. Boston EMS arrived and found her non-viable after suffering from head trauma.
The Boston Police homicide unit and fatal collision investigation team responded to the scene.
