A driver plunged into the waters in Quincy, Massachusetts Saturday morning, according to police.
Authorities say they're investigating why the driver, a 53-year-old man, drove off the pier near Sea Avenue. He was able to escape from the car and get himself back to shore.
He was taken to Boston Medical Center. His condition is unclear.
