McAvoy Channels Brady to Celebrate B's Win

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, and Charlie McAvoy has no issue flattering Tom Brady.

On the plane ride back from Carolina after the Bruins completed their Eastern Conference final sweep of the Hurricanes on Thursday night, the young Boston defenseman posted an Instagram video that New England Patriots fans will find familiar.

It's the pretty much the same video Brady posted after the Patriots won the AFC Championship Game earlier this year, from the Patriots QB and tight end Rob Gronkowski silently grinning to P. Diddy's "Bad Boy For Life" providing the soundtrack.

And in case you didn't get the connection, McAvoy went ahead and tagged Brady and Gronk in his post with the letter "W," which Brady posted after every Patriots win this season.

McAvoy got a few more of his friends involved -- defenseman Torey Krug and forwards David Pastrnak and Brad Marchand among them -- and added some vocals, but it was a nice way for the 21-year-old to return the favor after Brady included him in a hype video in January.

The B's have plenty of reason to celebrate, as they're back in the Stanley Cup Final for the first time since 2013 to face the San Jose Sharks or St. Louis Blues out of the Western Conference.
