Country Mile to Open in Watertown

A new restaurant is on its way to Watertown, and the husband-and-wife team involved in the opening of a dining spot and craft beer bar in Waltham are behind it.

According to an article from Eater Boston, Matt and Nancy Sargent are planning to open Country Mile on Belmont Street, with the upcoming place being a "healthy" restaurant (as opposed to a "health food" spot) that features seafood, vegetable, and grains along with local beers and craft cocktails. The Sargents, who come from Vermont, ran a series of "Phantom Dinner" underground dinner events as well as a food truck and restaurant before coming to the local area to help open Brewer's Tap & Table on Moody Street in Waltham in the fall of 2016.

If all goes as planned, Country Mile could be opening by the late summer or early fall.
