A firefighter was injured fighting a fire in a Brookline, Massachusetts, home early Tuesday morning.
Heavy smoke could be seen coming from busted and charred windows.
Multiple fire departments worked to put out the fire at 89 Woodland Road, the Cambridge Fire Department said.
Brookline fire officials said the single-family home was unoccupied at the time of the blaze.
One firefighter suffered a minor injury to his hand while fighting the fire.
The fire started on the first floor and extended to the second floor. The cause remains under investigation.
