All travel lanes on Interstate 495 south in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, were temporarily shut down after a dump truck spilled wet concrete across the highway on Wednesday morning.
State police said multiple vehicles drove through the concrete, and all three travel lanes were closed for cleanup at 9 a.m. Traffic was getting by in the breakdown lane only.
Exit 88 was also closed for a time due to the cleanup effort, state police said.
