A woman who escaped police custody Thursday morning while at a Boston hospital on Thursday has been recaptured.
Twenty-six-year-old Patricia Lambert was reported missing after escaping Boston Medical Center just after 10 a.m. Thursday. The Suffolk County Sheriff's Department confirmed Friday evening that she had been found in downtown Boston.
Lambert had been held at the Suffolk County House of Corrections since Monday. She was returned there after being found.
She faces assault and battery charges.
