Police in New Hampshire have charged a dump truck driver with negligent driving after his vehicle rear-ended a pickup truck that collided with a school bus.
Thirty-seven-year-old Jeremy McNally, of Concord, was charged Wednesday in the Aug. 1 crash.
Police said 21 people, most of them children, suffered non-life-threatening injuries. There were 43 people associated with a private summer camp aboard the bus.
McNally is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 23. It wasn't immediately known if he had a lawyer and a phone number couldn't be found for him.
