One man is dead after a crash in Auburn, Massachusetts, and another was taken into custody.
The Worcester County District Attorney's Office said the three-vehicle crash took place at 475 Washington St. around 1:45 p.m.
Authorities said a Ford Explorer crossed to the wrong side of the street and hit a Toyota Tacoma and a Jeep Grand Cherokee.
A man who was riding in the Jeep was killed in the crash. Family identified him as Michael Allen Robidoux.
"He took this road every day," said his younger brother, Tim Robidoux. "You don't expect that when you're driving. You don't expect someone to come into your lane and hit you head on."
Robidoux says his brother's death still hasn't hit him.
"It really stinks to lose a brother like that," he said.
Surveillance footage showed debris falling onto the ground, then a man running across the screen. Moments later, police pursue him.

"We're just at a loss for words and he’s going to be missed," said Steve Putis, who used to work for Michael Robidoux. "He did a lot for the community. He did a lot for all of us. He will be well missed.”
The fatal victim owned a tow shop just less than half a mile from where he died.
The DA's office said the Explorer's driver had outstanding warrants, but no further details were revealed. He was injured and brought to UMass Memorial Medical Center, where he is in police custody.
The Jeep's driver was taken to the same hospitals with injuries, authorities said.
A portion of Route 20 was closed from Milbury Street to School Street, causing heavy traffic delays.
The Auburn Fire Department is urging drivers to avoid the area and seek alternate routes.
