Gabriella's Italian Pizza Opens in Melrose

A new pizzeria has opened in Melrose, and it has a connection to another pizzeria in Medford.

According to several sources, Gabriella's Italian Pizza is now open on Main Street in the former Gerry's Pizza space, while an article from the Melrose Free Press indicates that owners Joe and Rose Canestaro are also behind Joe Pizza on Route 60 in West Medford, with the two places having nearly identical menus which include pizza, calzones, subs, pasta dishes, and more. The post mentions that Rose will be running the new eatery, and that it is named after their daughter Gabriella.
