A chain of Jamaican restaurants the recently opened its first Boston location is getting ready to open a second outlet in the Greater Boston area.
According to an article in Wicked Local, Golden Krust Caribbean Bakery and Grill is opening a new location in Brockton, moving into the space on Belmont Street where Asia One and several other dining spots had been. Once it opens, the new eatery will join another on Blue Hill Avenue in Mattapan along with one other Massachusetts location (in Springfield) and it will likely offer such items as pastries, soups, sandwiches, beef patties, and combo plates that include stewed chicken, braised oxtail, curried goat, and whole fish. If all goes as planned, the new location of Golden Krust Caribbean Bakery and Grill could open as early as next month, according to the post.
Golden Krust Caribbean Bakery and Grill first opened its doors in Mattapan in early April.
