Here's When We'll Know Patriots' Week 1 Opponent, Full 2019 Schedule

It's the moment you've all been waiting for: the announcement about the announcement.

ESPN's Field Yates made the big reveal Tuesday morning, confirming the NFL will release its full 2019 schedule Wednesday night at 8 p.m. ET.

That means New England Patriots fans will have to wait just one more day to find out who the defending Super Bowl champions will open with at Gillette Stadium in Week 1.

As a refresher, here are the Patriots' confirmed opponents for 2019:

Home: Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins, New York Jets, Cleveland Browns, Pittsburgh Steelers, Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, Kansas City Chiefs
Away: Bills, Dolphins, Jets, Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, Houston Texans, Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Redskins

New England likely won't open with a divisional opponent on NBC's "Sunday Night Football," and Odell Beckham hinted the Browns won't be visiting in Week 1, either. That leaves the Steelers, Cowboys, Giants and Chiefs as potential home opener candidates.

Wednesday night will solve that mystery, while also revealing how many primetime games the Patriots have, whether they'll play on Thanksgiving for the first time since 2012, and more.
