High Street Place Food Hall Being Planned for Downtown Boston

by Marc Hurwitz

It looks like a massive new food hall is on its way to downtown Boston, and it will include a number of vendors offering food and drink.

According to an article from Eater Boston as well as the website for the project, High Street Place is being planned for 160 Federal Street and 100 High Street in the Financial District, with 22 food stalls and seating for 400 people currently in the works for the 18,471-square-foot space. Eater says that the development will have an "open-air" feeling and will connect to the lobbies of the office buildings on both Federal Street and High Street. If all goes as planned, High Street Place could be opening in the spring of 2019.
