Jaguars Fans Living in Boston Pumped for AFC Championship

It took NBC10 Boston hours on the Internet to track down Jacksonville Jaguars fans that live in Boston.

"My friends and I were at a bar on Sunday watching the game and a bunch of Vikings fans were around us and they were all talking about how they felt they saw a unicorn because they found three Jacksonville fans all together in one place," said Jags fan Brian Wilson.

We found Wilson on a Facebook page dedicated to Jags fans who now call Boston home.

Wilson moved north for college about 10 years ago and now works here.

"I think I've met five [Jaguar fans] in total," said Wilson. "I have two friends from high school that live up here right now, and then a couple others found each other on Facebook a few years ago."

Sagar Nakrani, who now lives in the South End of Boston, couldn't stop smiling when asked about his beloved Jags. He even let out a "Duuuval" yell.

Jacksonville is in Duval County, and it has become their rallying cry.

"Tom Brady, nine playoff losses," said Nakrani. "Blake Bortles, undefeated in the playoffs. You can't beat that."

Nakrani will be at the game on Sunday cheering on his team he has loved since growing up in Jacksonville.

"It's going to be a real close one," Nakrani said. "I mean, Brady is probably the greatest quarterback of all time. I put Blake Bortles up there honestly. He's got that clutch factor. He's amazing, but I think our defense and our past rush might get him."

If it's hard to find a Jaguars fan in Boston, it's near impossible to find a place that sells Jags gear.

Modell's, Dick's Sporting Goods and Lids all don't.

"I don't think I've ever seen a single piece of Jags clothing here for sale," said Wilson. "Not even a Marshalls or TJ Maxx on a clearance rack."
