Judge in Kraft Case is Sick, Cancels Friday's Hearing

The judge in Robert Kraft's case was sick Friday and canceled a status hearing that was scheduled in the morning.

In the latest development of the New England Patriots owner's legal woes, a judge ruled on Monday that prosecutors cannot use secretly recorded video evidence of Kraft allegedly receiving a sex act. He was charged with solicitation after authorities conducted an investigation into several illicit massage parlors in Florida, including the Orchids of Asia Day Spa, where he allegedly visited twice.

Kraft apologized for the controversy, but pleaded not guilty in the case.

Kraft's attorneys were scheduled to be in court at 10 a.m., but not it is unclear when the status hearing will be rescheduled.

The Pats owner is scheduled to appear in court on May 21 for a pretrial hearing. It is unclear if Friday's cancelation will affect the May 21 hearing.
