Mass. Bank Employee Accused of Upskirting Female Customers

A Massachusetts bank employee is accused of taking photos up three female customers’ skirts at his work.

Dartmouth police say 54-year-old Westport resident William Raus is charged with three counts of upskirting.

Raus is an employee at a Citizens Bank in Dartmouth. He is also listed as the vice chairman of the Westport Planning Board, which is an elected position.

It’s not clear when he will appear in court or if he has an attorney.
