MBTA officials announced that service has been fully restored on the Braintree Branch of the Red Line and the B Branch of the Green Line running between Kenmore Square and Boston College. This announcement comes a day earlier than previously expected.
Starting Monday, the MBTA will have ambassadors at key stations during rush hour to serve as additional resources to customers who may need assistance.
The MBTA has also announced that they have increased call center resources. The expanded call center is expected to reduce wait times for T customers seeking information by calling 617-222-3200.
