Man Arrested on Sexual Assault Charge

A New Hampshire man has been charged with sexual assault.

David Stevens, 26, of Mason was arrested Monday night by Nashua police on an aggravated felonious sexual assault charge.

Police say they began investigating Stevens after they received a report of a sexual assault at a Nashua home in mid-July.

Investigators obtained an arrest warrant charging Stevens with sexual assault, and he was arrested by detectives at his home.

Stevens was released on a $10,000 cash bail and was due in court on Tuesday. It's unclear if he has an attorney.
