A Massachusetts man is dead after he was found with life-threatening stab wounds during a police response to a reported drug overdose Wednesday morning.
WJAR reports New Bedford police responded to a 911 call on Tallman Street around 6:30 a.m.
The 47-year-old male victim, whose name has not been released, was found severely wounded and was taken to Saint Luke's Hospital, where he later died, according to the Bristol County district attorney's office.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
