New Hampshire Joins Program to Help Teens Quit Vaping

Teens who enroll in the free "My Life My Quit" program will work with a coach who will help them build a plan to become free from nicotine

New Hampshire is participating in a program to help teenagers stop using electronic cigarettes, liquid nicotine vape products, cigarettes and smokeless tobacco.

Teens who enroll in the free, confidential "My Life My Quit" program will work with a coach who will help them build a plan to become free from nicotine. Other states participate in the program.

Enrollments are completed online at mylifemyquit.com or by calling or texting "Start My Quit" to 1-855-891-9989.

A 2017 New Hampshire Youth Risk Behavior Survey says e-cigarettes are the most commonly used nicotine product among youth. The survey said more than 40 percent of New Hampshire students admit to vaping.
