A woman was arrested and charged with drunk driving in New Hampshire after she was involved in a crash in Massachusetts overnight Wednesday, according to police.

Just before 1 a.m., Merrimack, New Hampshire police pulled over a vehicle driven by 23-year-old Catherine Aborn for a defective equipment violation.

After stopping the vehicle, an officer noticed the car was damaged and the airbags inside were deployed. Aborn told the official she was in a car accident earlier in Massachusetts, where she was driving from. It's unclear where exactly Aborn was involved in a crash.

The officer noticed the suspect showed signs of alcohol impairment and placed Aborn under arrest for operating under the influence of liquor.

Aborn is scheduled to be arraigned on Feb. 28 at the Ninth Circuit Court. It is unclear if she has an attorney.
