A Massachusetts police officer was hospitalized Monday morning after being hit by another vehicle while he was on his motorcycle.
Authorities said the Newton officer was hit by a Kia on Moody Street near the Newton-Waltham town line.
The officer, who has not been identified, was conscious and alert when taken to Brigham and Women's Hospital. He suffered minor injuries and is expected to be OK.
