A New Hampshire man was killed after his motorcycle collided with another car.
Hudson police say they responded to a serious motor vehicle accident on Route 111 (Central Street) and Clement Road at about 5:30 p.m. Saturday.
When they arrived at the scene, officers learned that a 2004 Toyota Corolla driven by Tyler Grant, 19, of Hudson, New Hampshire was traveling north on Clement Road and stopped at the intersection with Route 111. A 2007 Harley Davidson motorcycle driven by Richard McLaughlin, 57, also of Hudson was traveling east on Route 111 approaching Clement Road, police said.
According to police, as McLaughlin entered the intersection, Grant made a left turn onto Route 111. The two vehicles collided and careened into the westbound travel lane of Route 111.
Responding firefighters and EMTs performed advanced life saving measures to rescue McLaughlin, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
McLaughlin was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident, and he was the lone occupant of the motorcycle, police said.
Grant was not injured in the accident. The airbags in his car deployed, he was wearing his seat belt and there were no other passengers in his vehicle, police said.

Route 111 from Greeley Street and Kimball Hill Road to Windham Road was closed in both directions for six hours after the crash.
According to police, drugs and alcohol did not seem to be a factor in the collision.
The accident remains under investigation.
