NH Man Charged With Drunken Driving Twice in a Few Hours: Police

Kenny Nguyen, 36, of Epping, was first arrested at 11:45 p.m. Sunday then again at 3 a.m. Monday

A New Hampshire man has been charged with driving drunk twice within a few hours.

State police say they got a call about a car being driven erratically around 11:45 p.m. Sunday in Brentwood, New Hampshire. Troopers stopped the car and charged Kenny Nguyen, 36, of Epping, with driving while intoxicated.

Nguyen was released on personal recognizance bail to his spouse at about 3 a.m. Monday.

A short time later, police say Nguyen was spotted driving into a gas station parking lot where he was arrested again, accused of driving while intoxicated and breaching bail conditions.

Nguyen was taken to Rockingham County Jail where he was held without bail pending his arraignment later in the day at the 10th Circuit- District Division- Brentwood Court. It's unclear if he has an attorney.
