2 Women Shot in Lynn, No Arrests Made

Detectives in Lynn continue their investigation Wednesday

Two women were shot on Tuesday night in Lynn, Massachusetts, according to police in the city.

Police got a call at around 11:40 p.m. Tuesday from a woman saying that someone was shooting at their car, which was in the area of Goldfish Pond, a spokesperson for the Lynn Police Department said.

When officers arrived on scene, they found the car and two women who had been shot, according to authorities. Both women were taken to a hospital and are expected to recover.

Apparent bullet holes could be seen in a car on the scene. Multiple shell casings were recovered on scene.

No arrests have been made, and an investigation remained ongoing.
