“My kids called me and told me there was a shooting on the street,” said Al Dorsey, who lives on Rockland.
It’s unknown if the gunfire started inside the car or came from another vehicle or from someone on the street.
The driver apparently lost control after the shooting, crashing into a grey Ford Focus that was parked on the street.

A resident on Rockland said a passenger got out of the Acura and collapsed on the sidewalk. She says she heard up to nine gunshots.
The incident happened right near a school bus stop.
“The only thing I’m worried about is my grandkids who get off the bus up there and walk here every day,” Dorsey said.
