A house fire in Plymouth took the life of a 58-year-old man on Saturday, authorities say.
The fire was reported at a single family home on Raymond Road around 1 p.m., according to Plymouth Police.
First responders found the man, who has been identified as William Hunt III, alone and unresponsive inside the house. They attempted livesaving measures on-scene.

He was taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Plymouth, where he was pronounced dead around 2 p.m.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing, though foul play is not suspected. State Police Detectives and the Office of the State Fire Marshall have been enlisted to assist in the investigation.
