The three men who were hurt were a part of a group traveling from out of state for their job. A police investigation determined there was some sort of confrontation in the parking lot between two groups that may have known each other, according to police.
The identities of the people in the other group is still being investigated, police said, adding they left the scene before officers arrived.
The stabbing remains under investigation by Braintree police detectives, who are working with Massachusetts State Police Detectives and Crime Scene Services Section. If you have any information, call Braintree police detectives at 781-794-8620.
