Police: Naked Driver Leads Officers on 2-Town Chase

A naked driver allegedly hit two police cruisers and led officers on a high-speed chase through two Massachusetts towns on Tuesday.

Police said they received reports of an erratic driver on Concord Road in Wayland around 6:44 p.m. When they tried to stop him, the driver allegedly crashed into two cruisers and nearly hit a police officer before driving off.

The chase continued into neighboring Lincoln where he allegedly drove through several backyards and through a swamp in the woods. Police captured the naked man shortly after he fled from his vehicle.

The driver was identified as Seth Brunell, 25, of Manchester, New Hampshire. He faces multiple charges, including assault with a dangerous weapon, failing to stop for police, leaving the scene of an accident and driving to endanger. He was also cited for speeding and a marked lanes violation.

Police said they do not know why Brunell wasn't wearing any clothes.

He is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
