Police say the same two men may be responsible for several overnight break-ins in the Massachusetts communities of Haverhill, Lawrence and Methuen.
Authorities are searching for suspects who broke into multiple Merrimack Valley businesses after hours.
"In and out of the building very quickly," said Methuen Police Captain Kristopher McCarthy. "Within a minute. Definitely seemed to know what they were doing."
At a Mobil in Methuen, just after 3 a.m. Friday, two men can be seen in surveillance video stealing both of the cash registers from the store, as well as cigarettes and lottery tickets.
Investigators hope someone will recognize them because they're wearing distinctive clothing, and one of the men has his pants partially down.
"The best way to catch these people is someone's going to recognize their clothing," said McCarthy.
Less than an hour later, the same suspects in the same clothes are in surveillance footage doing the very same thing at a Gulf station in Lawrence.

The suspects pulled up in a blue Dodge Caravan. Police say they used a crowbar to pry open the door, then took the entire cash register and some lottery tickets.
In Haverhill, a similar incident took place at a Mobil 10 days ago. Similar items were stolen.
At Roma Restaurant nearby, the owner says that same morning, someone tried to steal the ATM but couldn't manage to unbolt it.
All of the break-ins have taken place while the businesses were closed.
