No Brady, No Gronk at Patriots Workout

New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski will not attend the team's voluntary off-season program on Monday, according to an ESPN report.

Gronkowski has a $250,000 workout bonus in his contract that is paid on the percentage of workouts he attends, ESPN reports.

Gronkowski's offseason has been filled with questions about whether he will return to the New England Patriots next season or retire. The speculation began when he refused to rule out retirement following the Patriots’ loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LII.

Tom Brady will also not be at the start of the Patriots workouts, as he is on a business trip in Qatar, according to ESPN.
