A rollover crash on Route 495 in Middleborough has closed lanes and prompted the dispatch of a medical helicopter, authorities said.
An occupant appeared to be ejected into the median when a vehicle rolled over, Massachusetts State Police said.
The condition of that person is unclear.
The left lanes both northbound and southbound on Route 495 have been closed as authorities investigate the crash.
