A jackknifed tractor-trailer closed down Route 44 going both directions in Middleboro for a period of time Friday morning, according to MassDOT.
The crash happened on Route 44 westbound in the area of Old Center Street and the rotary, transportation officials said. The road was open in both directions by 8:45 a.m.
