In a blink of an eye, the Old Colony Avenue is rapidly transforming from old warehouses and factory buildings into residential developments complete with restaurants and retail.
All Saints Development has officially filed plans with the Boston Planning & Development Agency for 200 Old Colony Ave proposed replacing the Notre Dame Education Center with a six-story building complete with 54 residential units and 9,500 square ground-floor space for the education center. The developer plans on continuing to meet with the community to address concerns.
This new development will be across from the large-scale, much anticipated, Washington Village.
