One suspect is facing numerous charges, including attempted murder, following a stabbing in Weymouth, Massachusetts on Saturday.
Authorities responded to the Shaw's Shopping Plaza on Middle Street in Weymouth just after 5:30 p.m., where they discovered a single stabbing victim. The suspect, 32-year-old Mark Allsopp, of Weymouth, was placed under arrest and the victim has since been transported to an area hospital, its condition unknown.
In addition to attempted murder, the suspect is facing charges for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon with serious bodily injury.
