A custodian at a Massachusetts elementary school was arrested after a loaded gun was found in his trunk, according to police.
Authorities say 21-year-old James Healy, a custodian at Crisafulli Elementary School in Westford, had the gun in his vehicle, which was parked at the school. Superintendent Everett Olsen says an anonymous tipster showed Westford Academy's resource officer a picture from social media showing Healy with a handgun while on duty.
Olsen said Healy would immediately be fired.

"For many years, we have devoted considerable time and effort to school security and the safety of our students and staff," Olsen said in a statement. "This is an egregious breach of public trust, school safety, and the work that our school system and public safety officials have done to keep our students safe."
Healy will be arraigned Wednesday at Ayer District Court on charges including possession of a large capacity firearm without a license and carrying a firearm on school grounds. The firearm, according to Westford Police, had its serial number defaced.
It was not immediately clear if Healy had an attorney.
