Two of Boston's biggest sports stars are enjoying themselves at one of horse racing's premiere events this weekend.
New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and retired Boston Red Sox slugger David Ortiz are both at the Kentucky Derby on Saturday.
Brady has posted several pictures to his Instagram account, showing himself with several of his Patriots teammates, including Julian Edelman, Danny Amendola, Jacoby Brissett and Jimmy Garoppolo, among others. Brady's wife, supermodel Gisele Bundchen, even posted a comment below one of his photos, saying, "Have fun my love!"
Ortiz has been at the Derby since Friday. He's posted several amusing photos to his Instagram account. One showed him with former Toronto Blue Jay and Atlanta Brave Fred McGriff, and another with jockey Victor Espinoza in his arms. His most recent post, on Saturday, showed him all dressed up and ready for the big race.
A few hours before the race, Brady and Ortiz finally caught up with each other, as seen in this photo posted on Brady's Instagram.
