State police are investigating how a tractor-trailer rolled over Tuesday afternoon on the Massachusetts Turnpike in Auburn.
The rollover happened just after 3 p.m. on the eastbound side of the turnpike at exit 10 near Interstate 290.
Police said crews were called in from Worcester to help extract a victim. The victim was then taken by medical helicopter to UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester where their condition is unknown.
Parts of the turnpike were closed after the crash, but state police said around 8:45 p.m. that all lanes had reopened. Crews had to clean up the diesel fuel that had leaked from the truck.
